The Challenge

Our Approach
Built a Voice AI platform using Twilio ConversationRelay for real-time bidirectional WebSocket communication (STT→LLM→TTS streaming). Designed an LLM gateway with scoring-based provider routing and automatic failover. Created an agentic tool system for mid-call actions like appointment booking, lead capture, and intent-based call routing.

Ringbase — Multi-Tenant VoIP Platform
The Challenge
Small and mid-sized businesses in Canada need affordable, modern phone systems but existing solutions are expensive, complex, or lack Canadian number support.
Our Approach
Designed a multi-tenant VoIP platform with WebRTC calling, Twilio and Telnyx for phone number provisioning, dynamic pricing with tiered markup, and full SMS/MMS support. Built desktop (Electron) and mobile (React Native) apps.

Shaw Communications — Platform Modernization
The Challenge
Shaw needed to modernize their .NET platform and build event-driven microservices to support next-generation telecom services at scale.
Our Approach
Led the development team on the .NET platform. Designed event-driven microservices on .NET Core 6 with Cosmos DB, Azure Functions, and Service Bus. Delivered React and Angular SPAs for internal and customer-facing applications.

Nutreco Canada — Enterprise SSO Migration
The Challenge
Nutreco's 35+ applications used Okta for SSO, but needed to migrate to Azure AD for tighter integration with their Microsoft ecosystem and compliance requirements.
Our Approach
Led the SSO migration as a senior engineer, coordinating across application teams to migrate authentication flows from Okta to Azure AD without downtime. Designed microservices using .NET Core, CQRS with MediatR, and Azure Service Bus.
